Sevessence composes its fragrances using organically produced raw materials of natural origin
Free from chemicals, synthetic extracts, parabens, silicon, GMOs, synthetic colours and perfumes, phtalates and artificial musks.
Every Sevessence fragrance is created with the very finest distillations of natural plant extracts.

Under the supervision of the House Nose and his teams of experts, the raw materials that make up Sevessence perfumes have to meet a number of criteria: olfactory qualities, natural origin, respect for the environment, traceability, CITES, etc.
Meticulous selection process ensures that every essential oil, floral water or hydrosol is pure, natural and complete
– Only plants grown in areas producing its best active, olfactory expression are selected.
– We collaborate with growers and distillers in an eco-friendly and socially responsible manner, to ensure that plants are harvested at the right time and only the most authentic essential oils and purest floral waters and hydrolates are extracted.
– We only use plants certified to have been grown 100% organically and following their natural cycles.

Jean Charles Sommerard, the house “Nose” at Sevessence, has introduced a new era of natural, organic, fine perfumes.
Jean Charles Sommerard is passionate about natural raw materials, essential oils and floral waters and it’s a passion born of family tradition and know-how that has consumed him for over 25 years. Born into a family of organic farmers and distiller craftsmen, he has been immersed in the world of aromatic plants since childhood.
Drawing on this rich heritage and his own research, over the years he has become an expert in aromatherapy, evaluator and Master Perfumer.
NEW LABORATORY IN RHÔNE ALPES, FRANCE
The new laboratory, which is certified in accordance with COSMOS criteria as being suitable for producing organic perfumes, is home to the R&D and manufacturing departments, teams of perfumers and evaluators, production teams, regulatory departments, and administrative and operational support services.
